Doesnt ring

Ive tried everything in settings and the phone doesnt ring for incoming calls. Please fix.
Update: deleted & reinstalled and phone rang for a few days but now it doesnt ring. App is pretty useless. Seems like an easy fix but guess they dont care. I will just delete it now.
