Worst and most confused customer reps
The customer service reps/sales reps are unknowledgeable and flat out rude. Woman is avoiding getting in trouble, I asked to speak to the manager and she hung up, I called again and got her again, she put me on hold for 25 mins until I gave up. She should be fired.
MagicJack keeps changing their policies and this effects the ability to consistently use their services/phone number. App design is lacking as well as features need to be added. Website is poorly designed/organized. Ive been with them for 10 years but time to say goodbye!
