Ive had this app for years and all of a sudden it says I need to pay. App says you can make free calls, thats bs. Yeah, you can make free calls after we charge you $9.99 a month! I tried calling a live representative, and she was asking me for ton of my personal information just so I could ask 1 question that doesnt require any of that.

Magic Jack now claiming an additional fee to renew Magic app on iPhone. No thank you. Nowhere have I read about this fee when I downloaded this app 3 months ago. Not worth it as I can only use it with wifi.

I have had this app for years and today I was made aware that there is now a fee. I decided to pay that fee but the app is still saying I have to pay. I contacted "customer service" and was advised that I need to get in contact with another department. I contacted that department that said that I need to go online for technical support. So...I went online and was unable to connect with anyone. I called "customer service" again who gave me another number but advised me that the department was closed for the evening. I was then advised by the customer service rep that she needed to go answer another call because there were others that had issues. Lol. So now Im out the money I paid AND I have no one to speak to regarding this. AVOID this app.

Ive been using the Majic Jack app for more than two years with good success to call numbers in the USA and Canada. But when I tried to use it again on Monday, 16 May, a pre-recorded message informed me that the trial period (?) has ended and now Ive got to pay for the service. Trial period of more than two years? You must be kidding. Garbage app and service. App deleted. Good riddance!...

I have had Magicjack for many years since the beginning worked great..now not so sure..have a problem contact customer service you either disconnect or must refer higher department..another were upgrading..all I was trying to do is add my Magicjack number to my apple app..oh my Budda its not going well

App worked great for years. Sadly now its developers have gotten greedy and demand additional payment to use on iPhone even if you already have a subscription with them. Terrible customer service. Not worth the hassle. Moving on to a different provider.

They are stealing payments every month on my card without giving me the services I originally paid for, I cant call or text. They havent even stopped taking the money once the issue had been mentioned to costumer service and they say they cant do anything about it. Ive contacted my bank and apple and I cant seem to get my money back, dont trust them, they are thief.

I was reasonably happy with the app initially so I decided to purchase the upgrade. They took my money via iTunes but I did not receive the upgrade. I called them and apparently my free service had run out a week ago. Customer service was useless and rude and told me that I should wait and contact iTunes. Do they not know how to do anything to help their customers??? Useless customer service do not install this app.

Great app with crystal clear quality. Allowed me to ditch pricy cell phone plan and just go data only. Only thing Im missing is for Magic Jack to allow texting on Canadian numbers!

No longer free! Got a message today that my free trial was over...even though I was never told that 3 years ago when I started their app.

Awful customer service, the app has so many issues forcing you to spend hours with unqualified customer service.

I paid for long-distance add on, received invoice from iTunes but never got credited in my account. Tried to reach customer service they said "looking into it"!!!!! Guys they are winding up or something and will take your money. I am a real user!

Have been using free Magic app for at least three years successfully and am now being told to upgrade for a price but cannot call the number as it is not covered. I am not interested in paying for this app when I have another free app Textme that does the same thing for free. Why would I pay these Magic app tricksters?

Have been a mjack canadian customer since 2011. I dont use phone/usb device since i have a cellullar phone. I renewed my phone though they told me i still cant use the free iphone magic jack app until i renew my phone/outlet or usb device. I feel im being pushed like in Rambo by a stupid system. I will not obey! I will not follow. Im not supposed to own a computer in order to speak freely into a free app using a paid phone number. Computer </=> iphone Driving all the time. No need to pay for something i dont use. So i am moving forward. Too much hassle. Im considering to go for any paid app rather than magic jack "free" harassing app. TextMe is one. I dont mind paying for 1 year knowing they wont push me. F k the stystem, f k the p lice, and f k mjack

Ive had this app installed on my iPhone for years and used it, with no issues, to call my folks when they are in the States on holiday. Recently, when Ive tried to use it, it tells me that my free trial is over (didnt know that free trials last years and wasnt aware that there was a trial period) and that Id have to pay for the app. Just another app that is going to get deleted in favour of one that is better and FREE!!

After purchase this app nothing happens. The magicjack customer service want me to purchase twice lmao. At the end he said he will report to upper management. No email No phone call Nothing after I contact with customer service. this is cheating！！！

Where do I even begin, oh yeah, the fraudulent $180 charge on my visa!! Luckily I got it back thanks to VISA but MagicJack is hoping you dont check your statements.
