Keeps asking me to go in the majik jack account and Press more but not calling. Credits appear in the account but unable to call.

This app is terrible. I paid for credits, say the statement come through on my bank account, but majic jack did not provide me any credits. Tl;Dr, I payed for credits, and magic jack did not provide them to me. Scam! I want my money back

This is an app. Free for a long time. MJ has it quirks but is a good deal for the price. Now app stopped working I have to upgrade. I said ok. But now it wants me to pick a US number. Why? Im in Canada and have a perfectly good working Canadian number. Bad business model guys. Try spending as much time on how to snag people to spend money on making things work as promised!!!!!!!

Theyre suddenly forcing us to pay for a service which is free in a million other apps. No thank you Ill just delete this app and make calls to ppl in USA and Canada for free through a million other apps. Bye forever.

I am new to magicjack and there is no option to create an account. This is retarded.

Used to be good but on may 2016 they wanted more money

I just added 10 usd funds for international long distance minuets and I didnt receive them so I thought maybe the transaction was not completed. So I tried again and added another 10 usd and I still didnt receive my international minutes I checked my online banking and they took my money but have not given me my minuets. So I call the customer support team and I might as well have been talking to a monkey smoking crack I would give this app 0 stars if could

I use this app for years and I never have to pay for it and now they updated it and we have to pay do not get

On iOS 9 this app was working okay I would give it 3/5 now with iOS 10 this app isnt working at all. You people need update your app asap. An app should have been in development ever since apple announced the existence of iOS 10.

Impossible to choose Canadian numbers and redirect phone call to iOS phone

Signed up for this service, downloaded the app. Waste of a download, app takes forever to load then crashes. I was able to use it once when I first downloaded it. App freezes when opening it, app is unresponsive once opened. Cannot rely on this app. If you have magic jack, just dont download this app and dont let them sell you on any mobile app, its a joke.

Been a staple on my iOS device for years. Change in policy now requiring active paid subscription means goodbye. <deleted app>.

Im in Canada and I cant text anyone with the app. Useless. Why havent they yet given Canadian customers the ability to text if were paying the same as US customers for the service? Ripoff!

The customer service reps/sales reps are unknowledgeable and flat out rude. Woman is avoiding getting in trouble, I asked to speak to the manager and she hung up, I called again and got her again, she put me on hold for 25 mins until I gave up. She should be fired. MagicJack keeps changing their policies and this effects the ability to consistently use their services/phone number. App design is lacking as well as features need to be added. Website is poorly designed/organized. Ive been with them for 10 years but time to say goodbye!

Ive use this app on my computer and I loved it I had the actual magicJack that I downloaded it onto my phone which was free and I was able to transfer my number over and then without warning they started charging us I dont mind the day started charging but a heads up wouldve been good for explanation why they decided to start charging something but nothing it was earlier this year I had a little bit of emergency and I had to make a phone call right away I picked up the phone to call and I had no service. Because of how they did this I will not be purchasing the app like I would have if they would have sent us an email explaining the new charges but they were sneaky about it and acted like it was a free trial when I downloaded it was not a free trial
