Why the miss call indicator does not go away for days? I am expecting if i look at my miss calls, the number on the app icon go away but that isnot the case.

When I was on call with a friend, I could hear perfectly on my side but she said I was delaying bad and it was lagging

I have a MagicJack deck and this app installed. This app is half way engineered. It gives false notification on recorded message all the time. For al unanswered incoming calls, the app informs recorded message even though there is no messages. This app is not able to recognize that an incoming call is answered with a MagicJack device and is still ringing long time after the call is picked up with a MagicJack device. I also wish that this app can block unwanted calls. I had repeated installing and uninstalling many times as the app is not quite working well. I do NOT recommend this app as is.

Wish it wouldnt hang calls up without pressing end

Got the app and one year subscription a few weeks ago. Seems to work OK so far, but could use a few more options, like other ring tones, a way to change my name as it appears on the receivers caller ID, a way to block certain phone numbers, the ability to see whos calling me. (Skype has all these, I believe.) Theres a bug, too: every time I open the app, I get a reminder to turn on the Notification center (badge, banner, audio, etc.) Problem is, all of them are ALREADY ON. This bug is beginning to bug me! Unless some improvements come on the scene within the year, I dont plan on renewing my one-year subscription.

This app needs some serious work. If a call comes in that you dont want to answer, you cant silence it. It rings (or vibrates) 12 times before going to voice-mail. Very annoying. Also, there is no ability to listen to voice-mail via speakerphone.

Contacted Magic Jack about a phone number change because I thought it was weird it just auto assigned a number to me. Im being asked to pay $20 for a new number. Dont waste your time.

this app is going to be super full when costumer have the ability to send and receive pictures and videos!!! please make it happen magic jack

Is not working with my Jabra bluetooth.

Cant receive texts unless I open the app, but overall its great!

This is a very good app for kids that have iPods without calling. And they can call for emergency. Except I have had a few unidentified calls and texts that are anonymous.

For some reason I cant hear the person on the other side of the line. I contacted customer service once and they say my magic jack was reset; however, the problem came back. Im very dissatisfied with this consistent problem. I missed many important calls I wanted to make. :(

Works fine but lacking features that should be standard including Anne mentioned below. 1) app does NOT obey do not disturb feature. Calls will come through and vibrate phone unless you disable notifications completely, which make the app worthless. 2) dismissed calls continue to vibrate the phone till caller hangs up it gets voice mail. 3) app doesnt allow you to import phone contacts to magic jack contacts. 4) no feature to block numbers.

4 stars because it needs to be able so send and receive photos and maybe videos too otherwise its an amazing app that I recommend

Ive been trying to connect since forever ana everytime its gives me error on my iphone and ipad

my iPhone vibrates even though I turned off all notifications. Please fix this Very annoying issue!!

This has to be the best app in the market! Lets start that no matter how slow you connection can be it will connect it doesnt take much and its hand down the simplest! For starters I used this app 3 years back to my vacation back to Mexico I had sprint so The app was well needed this past two years I change to Verizon so I didnt have the need it and just this month i changed to AT&T That said they got disconnected and had this app in mind and until today its still running smooth its perfect and anyone in need of making calls needs to get this app
