I put all my devices in do not disturb mode when Im sleeping but this app doesnt care, its woken me up with telemarketer calls in the middle of the night when the rest of my calls texts and apps are silenced. Had to delete. It worked fine for making calls but since magicjack doesnt allow for blocking specific numbers and wont silence in do not disturb mode, it had to go.

iPhone app is unreliable. Daily problems with "connection has been interrupted" messages. Have to wait until their service starts working again to use app.

As my title says , it needs to be updated to work with Call Kit , it would make a huge difference !

I keep my ringer off most of the time because Im in meetings throughout the day. Even with notifications turned off the app vibrates continuously while a call is coming in. To my knowledge there is no way to turn this off. Its extremely annoying and needs to fixed. Other than that the app works and does what its suppose to. Just update it so I can override the vibrating!

Next update for messaging just add a mode that u can send people pictures and Ill rerate this 5 stars

The app is OK just wish texting and using are own numbers was free but it cost. Anyways can you make it possible that our ringtone that is assigned to are phones be assigned to the app ringtone. That would be great please

Cant see missed or recent calls in app. Would like to be able to block numbers. Also would like to be able to use the personal ringtones. Would like to be able to send photos also!

Its like having a second phone number

It was working good for about the first month. Then just the other day I was talking to my wife and the call dropped. Ever since when I make a call I cant hear the other person and they cant hear me its just silent. Please fix this.

This app is awesome, I can call and text, but there is one problem. It cuts off every two minutes during calls. Please try to fix then I will give 5 stars.

1/3 of the time it wont even receive texts. Call log doesnt work.

Call me a perfectionist. Magic App continues to be my main VoIP app across all of my devices. I was hoping that this update would afford us some choices of ringtones. Nope. That must be asking for too much. Equally as frustrating is the fact that when receiving an incoming call, only the phone number is displayed as a notification. This drives me absolutely bonkers. I must know the phone numbers of my contacts in order to determine who is calling. These two issues would earn a deserved five stars despite the other annoying issue of other devices using my MagicApp continuing to ring four or five times after answering the call. This is my seventh year using MagicJack and I have been using the app since its inception as well. So please, my dear app developers, address and fix the first two issues, and soon. Make MagicJack great. And it will help to make America great again.

So Far So Good I Been Using it for 3 months and I like it I love it peace✌

Overall am happy with this app. The subscription service is well worth the upgrade to get assigned a static phone number. Sometimes there is an echo, but its usually not too bad. Other than that, it all works fine for me on a 5th gen iPod touch running the latest IOS. Am subtracting a star though because there is STILL NO WAY TO CHANGE THE RINGTONE from that unpleasant annoying bell. Please fix this, or put a couple other ringtones in there to choose from, and you will get more stars.

Look, this is a no brainer. MagicApp has a user friendly interface. It could even be called attractive. You can text message/receive texts and call/receive calls, from non-app users. The ring is loud and easy to hear. The integration with your existing contacts is easy. The creation of new contacts is easy. The call quality is excellent. Ive tried skype, talkatone, Rebtel, wechat, google voice, Google hangout, etc, and this blows them all away. The price is even decent! My only complaint is that I cant text pictures, but after seeing in comparison how crappy all the other apps are at allowing me to use my iPad pro as a phone, Im giving MagicApp 5 stars. I use a plantronics voyager wireless single ear headset in combination with my cellular IPad Pro and this app, with no problems.

Major issues with the app! First, sometimes when I make a call, the phone rings but not on my side. When the person answers, we cant hear each other. Second, the missed or incoming call dont show up half of the time. Or the calls get deleted when I open the app. Third, this new update is messed up!! Cant receive calls or voicemails! Lastly, the signal is bad and it takes tooooooo long to load the app to open! I like the app, but right now, Im not liking it!!

I have had magicJack for 3 years now, with the same number. And it is by far worth every penny. Once in a while, It will cut in and out like an old 2G connection. But overall it works great. Highly recommend it.

This app is simply amazing, im able to call unlimited anywhere in the us or canada even though the description says you need to pay but you really dont idk why buts its pretty weird
