Was working great before update, after a disaster, blocking itself all the time Not usable!!

I dont have account with them but no way to register. Just show login bad bad waste my time.

Have been using this app for 5 years! not a single problem, i have used it in south America, usa and now in Asia , a life saver! must get!

The app worked great last year but since I paid for another year the app cant make any calls whatsoever.

I cant make any calls to another cell phone. Only if it a magicJack Number.

The App has always had problems connecting whether I was on WiFi or Cell network, but the past few months, it can never connect regardless where I am and what speed Internet I have. It is pathetic that I am paying for VOIP I cant use. I will be looking for alternative.

Ok for everyone who is doing reviews saying it worked till you had to renew, the reason for this is they moved to a new app but didnt really notify anyone about the change. I downloaded the new app and personally I dont like it. I was having issues getting an account set up and just general issues over all. This app was great prior to the change

Id give it 0 stars if I could. Ive used this app for over 2 years since Im stationed overseas. Now I cant even make a phone call. Its my only way to talk to family.

Worst app ever. Worst company ever. Needs negative stars! I updated the app & loaded money on it. It wouldnt work. Tried many times & everything. Wouldnt work. Call customer service and open a ticket. Was promised a call back in 24-48 hours got no call. Called again same thing. 15 minutes on hold & they dont call back. Worst experience!!! If you want to get RIPPED off then use Magic Jack!!!

It might look good but functionality is horrible, if the phone rings you can never answer it quick enough because it takes a long time to launch. If you type a text message, you have to exit the screen to be able to see he text that you just sent. And a lot more issues.

I just upgraded to iOS 10 in this application is not working Im canceling my membership today

Ive tried everything in settings and the phone doesnt ring for incoming calls. Please fix. Update: deleted & reinstalled and phone rang for a few days but now it doesnt ring. App is pretty useless. Seems like an easy fix but guess they dont care. I will just delete it now.

Every time some one calls and my phone is locked, I have to unlock using the home button which is now the norm in ios10 but this makes the application disappear. You then have to search for it and most of the time the call is lost! The last update was in the beginning of the year!!! Pls update!!!

Whenever I call with the App, the call ends immediately without connecting, but the crazy thing is they deduct your minutes. This thing used to work fine earlier, but for the last few months, it is a real piece of crap App.

I have this a 1 for the first year it was great. I loaded the $9.99 MJ APP and until it was done with the year subscription and I had to renew. Which I would have no problem doing, however there is no option to do so. I called live chat and they could not help me either, ending the conversation to wait for support to email me. It has been 5 months and no email has been sent to me, I have gone through this 3 times in the past 5 months. I live in Japan so to contact people stateside I had used this APP. I even called the 1-844-866-2442 CS number and they told me the same thing, to wait for the email. I would just kill the APP and download it again with a different email you might have.

Since the last update it CRASHES within a few seconds of using Voicemail! Please fix ASAP

I have used magicJack for many years and it has worked better than today. For the past three weeks every time I dial a number while using the iPhone app, magicJack hangs up! No suppport!
